Ms Wildy

SUMMER 1!!!

Wow, can you believe we only have one term left??. This half term our topic is School Days. The children will be finding out lots about plant life cycles, the Victorians and we have a wonderful story called The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch. We will also be writing instructions and designing and making sandwiches. We have an exciting Reader and Writer of the week trophy too and will be looking to get all children achieving 1 of these. Please keep up with reading and return regularly, practice the phonics homework too that will be sending home. Our phonics screening will begin soon and I want all children to achieve their best. Thank you for your continued support.

It is Easter time and we are Easter people, the children have been singing beautiful hymns and discussing new beginnings. "Lord, we lift our eyes to you. As the sunrises, may this moment stay with us, reminding us to look for the beautiful colors of promise in your word. Lord, we lift our prayers to you. As the dew air falls, may we breathe this morning in and know that like the earth, you sustain us, keep us and work within us always". Please listen and sing along to out hymn as you say our Easter prayer. Remember our Prayer for Life, Dear Jesus help me to generous.
